I recently had an enchanting stay at Shivaya Since 1953 during the Easter holiday, and it truly felt like a home within the serene embrace of the Himalayas. Nestled on a hill, the views are absolutely breathtaking, especially from our room, which featured a cozy seating area perfect for family bonding after a day of exploring. The staff's warm, homely service truly complemented the experience; they were always attentive and quick to prepare bonfires for our chilly nights. Though the dining options were limited, the food was delicious enough to make each meal a highlight – don't miss their exceptional cold coffee! The property is wonderfully located near the Mukteshwar temple, just a short walk away, and the surrounding jungle provides an escape from city life, ideal for outdoor enthusiasts like my family and me. Shivaya felt like a hidden gem, perfect for those seeking tranquility and delightful culinary breaks amidst stunning landscapes. I genuinely can't wait to return for another adventure!
